After bickering with the law for weeks, finally the new and the only official book on Michael Jackson is now being compiled. It is said the book will feature some interesting lyrics that were never seen before in addition to pictures and drawings extracted from the personal archives of the singer. The release will be a leather handbound one coming in a silk clamshell case. The team producing The Michael Jackson Opus is already reputed to have published a line of Opus books. Notably, produced by this group, the one on Manchester United had changed hands during this year for £1 million deeming the title the most expensive publication on sports found on records.

Becoming a reality after a judge in Los Angeles gave a go ahead to the project last week, a researchers’ team is now exploring the stack of the singer’s notebooks and boxes besides the piles of other material connected to him and scattered across the globe. It is most likely that the 13in by 18in publication will be a huge hit with Jackson fans which will also bring out some interesting handwritten lyrics that had never made their way into any of the albums ever released. The researchers say this could also include some rare drawings that Michael Jackson did for his popular albums, including Thriller. The most interesting feature of this book will be a facility known as augmented reality, which enables the use of a computer and webcam to show the 3D images seen on the pages.
